Alongside soft strip throughout and removal of the mezzanine floor, the project included demolition of the premises’ front two bays to help transform the unit into a bus depot with workshop and offices on the White Lodge Business Estate.
Waste from this job, including all rubble, was transported back to our facility in Attleborough for processing, to maximise materials for recycling or looping back into the circular economy.

Our specialist asbestos division expertly removed the existing asbestos roof and safely disposed of the materials at licensed facilities.
We handed back the premises for the next stage where it will be converted into a bus depot with workshop and offices.
