Anglian Demolition & Asbestos Ltd are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to assist the Finance Manager in the day to day accounting function of the business. Providing full accounts and administration support to the finance team.
Job role includes
Process all financial transactions on to accounting software
Raising Sales Invoices/Credits
All aspects of credit control
Assist and support finance manager
Produce monthly Sales/Debtor reports
Provide cover for Purchase Ledger responsibilities
Assist with processing subcontractor payments
Previous Accounts experience
User of Xero or similar accounting software (desirable) but not essential as full training will be given.
Confident use of Word, Excel and other packages
Previous Office experience
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 5:00pm with 1 hour break throughout the working day.
Previous financial experience essential
Must be reliable and be able to provide references to support this
