Anglian Waste Recycling Group Ltd, and Anglian Demolition & Asbestos Ltd , are based in Attleborough, Norfolk , providing a range of services to clients within East Anglia. The role will report to the Managing Director.
You’ll implement and bring to life Anglian Group’s social media activity, manage account content and creation, delivering a plan that focuses on growing followers, client interaction and customer/business lead generation across our main social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In) and Company Website and monitoring the impact of content published . This includes supporting digital projects (including live streams, site project development materials and aerial drone footage) and creating social media content (such as posts and tweets) to engage with a diverse range of audiences.
With experience of working creatively in live video streaming and innovative content creation you’ll not only have excellent project coordination skills but also a good eye and attention to detail for what looks great on camera, on film and online.
You’ll have great attention to detail, proofing digital content in conjunction with senior management , with experience of writing insightful and engaging materials and posts for social media platforms, as well as supporting digital marketing campaigns (google analytics and ads, PPC etc.) for broad and diverse audiences. With excellent IT, organisational and time management skills with the ability to priortise a busy and diverse workload for our internal divisions, you’ll be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as individually to develop our content and projects.
Delivering and contributing to marketing and digital content creation including:
Supporting Anglian’s marketing and digital content strategy in conjunction with the Company Directors;
Develop strategies with management to support key income streams;
Research available market trends and other relevant information to develop and excel marketing plans;
Digital marketing management (incl. web design & development, analytics, and social media content);
Direct marketing management (incl. email, lead, direct mail, database development);
Company branding and messaging in line with our vision and values;
Graphic design, marketing materials and advertising;
Live video editing and content creation (desirable);
Support wider Company commitments and projects as required.
Minimum 3-years’ marketing experience, within a digital marketing and social media background, with good content creation skills within a business environment context;
Good understanding of the principles of marketing;
Hard working and well organised;
Able to use a range of marketing tools and techniques;
Team player, able to work collectively and individually, to improve internal processes;
Adaptive and keen to develop and progress;
Passionate about what they do, ability to bring ideas, with a creative approach;
Professional and approachable.
What We Offer:
Salary: Competitive - £26,000- £35,000 per annum (Discussed at interview stage, dependent on experience)
